POMONA, CA, UNITED STATES, October 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — COi Rubber Products, Inc., a manufacturer of custom molded rubber and plastic components, today recognized Vice President of Sales Napoleon Castillo for nearly a decade of service to the company and its customers.
Castillo joined COi Rubber in 2017 as an account manager, was promoted to sales manager in 2019, and has served as Vice President of Sales since 2024. He leads the company’s sales team and new customer outreach across automotive and industrial markets. In 2019, he completed the Basic Rubber Technology Course offered by The Los Angeles Rubber Group, a regional rubber industry association.
His involvement extends beyond sales to program development, from Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) through material selection, ASTM specifications, and testing requirements. He works closely with customers and manufacturing teams to investigate technical challenges and guide programs toward successful outcomes.
“Every successful program represents hard work, dedication, and a willingness to keep digging until we understand the problem and find a solution,” Castillo said. “I treat my customers like family. That means being honest, taking ownership, and following through. I want every customer I serve to see the care and integrity I put into my work through the results we deliver.”
Castillo also led the strategy connecting COi Rubber’s three Southern California locations: its Diamond Bar headquarters, its Pomona sales office and warehouse at 1995 W. Holt Avenue, and the 25-dock distribution warehouse the company utilizes in Mira Loma. Following the purchase of the Pomona property, the company invested in substantial improvements in 2025.
The three-site strategy is designed to strengthen customer service, support the expansion of data systems for AI applications, and accommodate surges in container volume to keep customer orders moving as demand grows.
