Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Factory’s Master Government Aggregator®, making the company’s autonomous software development platform available to Federal, State and Local agencies through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), E&I Cooperative Services Contract and The Quilt contracts.

Agencies can deploy Factory in the cloud, on their premise or in fully air-gapped environments for the highest-security labs. The platform supports single-tenant deployments within sandboxed environments, SSO and SCIM provisioning, role-based access controls, zero data retention mode, customer-managed encryption keys and comprehensive audit logging. By embedding autonomous development within the tools and environments agencies already use, teams can accelerate delivery, improve code quality and reduce reliance on manual development processes.
