MOORESVILLE, N.C., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Greenworks® Commercial, the battery-first pioneer in commercial outdoor power equipment, is expanding the possibilities of battery power at Equip Exposition 2026 with the debut of its all-new OPTIMUS™ UTV. The new utility vehicle joins an increasingly broad portfolio of battery-powered equipment and charging solutions designed to help professionals power more of their operation with mowers, autonomous technology, sprayer and spreader applications, handheld equipment, power tools and charging solutions.

The expanded lineup demonstrates the breadth of the Greenworks battery-powered ecosystem, bringing together purpose-built equipment and power platforms designed to work across the demands of professional and property maintenance applications. At the center of the showcase is the new OPTIMUS™ UTV, extending Greenworks’ high-voltage OPTIMUS™ platform into a new category and giving professionals another way to put battery power to work on the job.

Built around a 400V high-voltage platform, the OPTIMUS™ UTV delivers 110 HP-equivalent peak power, 40 MPH top speed and up to 68 miles of range in typical operating conditions. The all-wheel-drive utility vehicle features dual motors, a 19 kWh lithium-ion battery, 2,500-pound towing capacity, 1,300-pound cargo capacity, 11 inches of ground clearance and a 6,000-pound winch. Designed for demanding off-road applications, the UTV also features independent suspension, oversized all-terrain tires, torque vectoring and multiple terrain modes.

Designed to provide traction across challenging terrain, the mower features motorized self-propelled wheels, a quad-blade cutting system, triple battery ports and a 2.5-bushel bagging capacity.

  • The 22″ All-Terrain Mower BAM™ is designed around professional bagging performance, featuring a 22″ steel-reinforced deck, RazorCut XP dual-blade system, 2.2-bushel grass bag with dust shield and a commercial-grade brushless 1000 Series cutting motor.   • The 52″ SP952 Sprayer / Spreader combines a 60-gallon tank with up to 10-foot spray coverage and a 220-pound hopper. The battery-powered platform offers up to 13 hours of runtime, a 5.3 GPM diaphragm pump and dual 5 kW wheel motors, providing quiet operation at 66 dB at the user’s ear.

• 60″ Rear Discharge AutonomousZ™ Mower (OZ960R)
  • The 60″ Rear Discharge AutonomousZ™ Mower brings autonomous capabilities to commercial zero-turn mowing. The platform pairs a 24 kWh battery with up to 65 HP-equivalent power, up to 21 acres of coverage and up to eight hours of runtime. Its autonomous system uses NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier, NRTK and six stereo cameras to support autonomous and manual operation.
