Dubai, United Arab Emirates – September 16, 2026 – Aryaman Maheshwari, an IIT Roorkee graduate with experience at Microsoft and Google Search infrastructure, is applying his engineering background to Rechitta, the company he co-founded to address fragmented information in Dubai’s real estate market.
His transition from engineer to founder changed the questions he needed to answer. Experience building systems provided a technical foundation. Building a company required understanding which problems mattered enough to solve, how people encountered them and where existing approaches fell short.
In a PROPERTY TIME interview, Maheshwari described an initial confidence that became more measured as he researched the market. Investigating why others had not solved its problems forced him to question his assumptions. Confidence returned as the problem—and a practical response—became clearer.
One recurring difficulty was the distance between having information and knowing whether it remained current. Brokers worked across PDFs, spreadsheets and messages while prices, availability and project details changed. Material that was accurate when shared could become outdated before a buyer asked a question.
Rechitta brings project material and inventory into an interactive briefing accessible through a single link. Users can ask questions, interrupt voice explanations and explore project details in languages including English, Arabic and Hindi. Customer relationship management connections support updates to inventory and availability.
Maheshwari’s technical work centres on the architecture and scalability supporting that experience. Reliability depends on the information behind the conversation, how updates reach the system and whether answers remain relevant as users ask follow-up questions.
The founder’s responsibility extends beyond implementation. It includes deciding what belongs in the product, which assumptions need testing and how engineering choices translate into a useful experience for brokers and buyers.
A technically sound system can still address the wrong problem. Building in an unfamiliar market requires the judgment to challenge the premise as carefully as the code—and to make information reliability part of the product’s foundation.
