CINC Systems Names Mike Mauseth President and Chief Operating Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth
PR Newswire
DULUTH, Ga., Sept. 17, 2026
RealPage veteran who led Buildium, Propertyware and HomeWiseDocs joins CINC following its strongest Q2 sales performance and sixth consecutive record quarter.
DULUTH, Ga., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CINC Systems today announced the appointment of Mike Mauseth as president and chief operating officer. Mauseth joined CINC Aug. 31 and reports to CEO Ryan Davis.
Mauseth joins CINC from RealPage, where he most recently led businesses including Buildium, Propertyware and HomeWiseDocs, spanning property management software and technology serving the community association industry. His experience includes scaling software businesses, advancing technology and automation and translating product investment into operating and client outcomes.
He joins CINC at a period of significant business momentum. CINC’s sales team delivered its strongest Q2 in company history this year, while the company marked its sixth consecutive record quarter. That growth comes alongside a multiyear investment in CINC’s platform, product architecture and AI capabilities as the company moves into a new phase focused on adoption, execution and outcomes at scale.
In his role, Mauseth will help align product, engineering and client operations around bringing the full value of those investments to more clients.
“CINC has made significant investments in what we are building and in the foundation underneath it,” Davis said. “Mike brings the operational leadership and discipline to help us turn those investments into consistent execution at scale. He has led and grown technology businesses serving this market and understands what it takes to translate innovation into outcomes. I’m incredibly excited to have him join this team.”
Mauseth’s appointment comes as CINC continues a significant evolution of its platform and product strategy.
Recently, CINC introduced Community Intelligence℠, its proprietary differentiator and a new standard for evaluating AI in community management. Community Intelligence is the advantage created when trusted community information and actions work together across CINC, powered by Cephai, the AI engine inside the platform.
The announcement reflects a broader platform enhancement designed to bring data, identity, permissions and community context together so intelligence can work across the platform rather than as a separate AI destination. CINC is now extending that transformation across its client base through a more unified experience, including one login, universal navigation and global search, while continuing to expand CINC Connect across the management companies, boards and residents it serves.
“Having led businesses across property management and community association technology, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to turn technology into real operating value,” Mauseth said. “What drew me to CINC is the combination of a strong business, a deeply experienced team and a market that is changing quickly. CINC has real depth across its platform, data and financial infrastructure, and a clear point of view on how AI should change the work. My focus is on helping the organization execute with consistency, remove friction and turn that innovation into even greater value for clients.”
Mauseth was introduced to clients earlier this month at CINC Up 2026: Built to Break Through in Chicago, where nearly 600 attendees gathered for CINC’s annual user conference. He joined CINC leaders and clients in conversations focused on technology adoption, operating model evolution and creating more capacity for community association managers to focus on leadership, judgment and relationships.
His appointment reflects CINC’s focus on pairing technology transformation with operational execution as the company enters its next phase.
“Building the technology is only part of the work,” Davis said. “The next chapter is about helping more clients adopt it, operationalize it and turn it into real capacity for their teams and better experiences for the communities they serve. Mike will be instrumental in helping us deliver on that opportunity.”
