Trebellar, a company building AI-native decision making for corporate real estate management, today announced $18 million in Series A funding led by Blossom Capital, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish, and Bynd. The investment reflects growing enterprise demand and investor confidence that corporate real estate, one of the last major back-office functions without dedicated software, is the next to modernize.
Corporate real estate is one of the last major functions still without an AI-native system of record. The underlying information — leases, space, headcount, utilization — exists, but it’s locked in spreadsheets, PDFs, and disconnected tools, so every decision requires manually reassembling the picture before any real analysis can start. AI is what finally makes it possible to structure that information automatically and turn it into a living foundation for decisions, instead of manual analysis.
Trebellar gives real estate teams one live view of their portfolio, covering how much space they have, what it costs, and whether it’s actually working for the people using it. The platform layers commute times, transit access, and team sentiment on top of that core data, into a single system of record. Instead of a one-time report or a static dashboard, it tracks why each decision was made, whether it held up, and what to do next.
“Real estate has been the one back-office function still running on spreadsheets and outside consultants,” said Diego Ferreiro Val, Co-founder & CEO of Trebellar. “We built Trebellar to give leaders the independence to make these decisions themselves, with the same speed and confidence every other part of the business already has.”
The platform is already used by large enterprises, including Meta, Uber, Merck, and Cohesity.
“What Trebellar has built is exactly what corporate real estate has been missing: Purpose-built AI that actually thinks about the problem the way we do, not just another dashboard,” said Dave Gunter, VP of Global Workplace Services at Meta. “It’s quickly becoming a key part of how our team thinks about real estate decisions.”
“Corporate real estate is one of the last major categories AI hasn’t reached yet – not because the opportunity isn’t there, but because the problem needed technology built specifically for it, not a repurposed dashboard or another services relationship,” said Ophelia Brown at Blossom Capital. “Diego, David, and Adam are the right team to build that.”
Trebellar was founded by a team of engineers and operators from Salesforce, Google, Waymo, and Verkada, paired with deep experience in corporate real estate. The company recently added Dave Radcliffe – who oversaw the massive expansion of Google’s real estate footprint under its three CEOs: Eric Schmidt, Larry Page, and Sundar Pichai – as an advisor, reflecting the caliber of real estate leadership the company is attracting as it scales. Trebellar will use the new funding to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, deepen its AI capabilities, and expand its enterprise customer base.
