At a Tier-1 insurer, straight-through processing on new business moved from 2% to 35%, and at another Tier-1 insurer, a claims program raised automation from 45% to 78% without replacing the core platform. Six client programs run on the platform today across insurance and financial services, spanning customer onboarding, claims adjudication, new business issuance, travel claims and underwriting.

Work enters Kamios through any channel: a voice call, a chat, an email or a system event. A team writes down the rules it already follows, in plain English, and a manager signs off on them. That becomes the mandate: what the agents are allowed to do, and where they have to stop and ask.
